Emiliano Infante Segrera, a 64 year old lobbyist for hard-right Cuban exiles and former trustee of the Cuban American National Foundation, was assassinated in San Juan, Puerto Rico by what experts believe was a sniper or an “expert marksman.” At present, there are no suspects and no arrests have been made.
