Bombs explode in Trinidad, September 12, 2005

Three explosions have rocked the capital city of Trinidad, Port of Spain, since July, the most recent being at a dumpster in a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant, which was disarmed before it exploded when it was discovered by workmen. The restaurant reopened again for business several hours later. The two previous explosions were on August 11, which exploded in a pile of trash bags and did no damage, and on July 11, a bomb that injured 11 people, including one woman whose leg had to be amputated. Police are offering a $4,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the bomber, however, they are hampered by the fact that the security cameras at the KFC were non-functional.
