Harlem Group Defies Cuba Travel Ban, July 12, 2004

The 120 members of Pastors for Peace, a branch of the Harlem-based humanitarian organization Interreligious Foundation for Community Organization, arrived in Cuba, seeking to express their opposition to recent hostile efforts by the Bush Administration to tighten the 40 year old trade embargo to that nation, which included limits on travel visas and the amount of money one can spend in the nation.
