Mexican Supreme Court OKs "Dirty War" Arrests, November 6, 2003

Mexico's Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that up to 74 government officials, including Echeverria, a former President and two former heads of the secret police, can be arrested for the disappearances and kidnappings that took place from the 60's to the early 80's.  The "dirty war" waged on leftists, is blamed for the disappearances of 275 people, who have been presumed dead.
