Rescue teams on Sunday found the remains in a passenger plane crash of dead Brazilian lower house representative Jose Luis Martinez and three other men, including the pilot and Joao Luis Goebel, a director of Radiobras, the government-sponsored radio organization. The single engine aircraft disappeared mysteriously on Saturday morning off radar 15 minutes after taking off on a fishing trip from Curitiba, 220 miles south of Sao Paolo. Defense Minister Jose Viegas blamed initially the events not on foul play, but on the mistakes of novice pilots: not listing a flight plan or coordinating.
