Mexico Hit by Tropical Storms and Hurricanes, September 25, 2003

Mexico has been hit with a higher than average number of tropical storms and hurrianes since June, causing at least eight deaths, property damage, crop destruction, and a state of emergency to be declared in several states.  The Mexican Red Cross warned that most of the dams are at 100 percent capacity which could cause additional flooding and damage.
