Dr. Elsi Jiménez, Director of the Sistema de Bibliotecas de la Universidad de Simón Rodriguez, is again visiting Libraries in Florida this summer. Dr. Jiménez toured 5 Florida State University Libraries and the University of Miami last summer (2002). She also took the opportunity to interview Library Deans and Directors on technology and its role in the scholarly communication process.

This July and August Dr. Jiménez is again returning to Florida and will spend somt time researching at FIU, touring the library at Florida State University in Tallahassee and meeting with Faculty from the School of Information Studies at FSU.
