FIU Libraries recently purchased a significant number of new titles from Ian Randle Publishers, one of the foremost publishers of Caribbean materials. Numerous areas of study are represented in these new titles, including literature, history, education, politics, economics, development, health, gender, security issues and art. Several new titles focus on regional and integration issues, through discussion of CARICOM (Caribbean Community), the proposed Caribbean Court of Justice, and the push towards integration of Caribbean countries into CSME (Caribbean Single Market Economy). All of the newly received titles were published between 2004-2005. Check the library catalog for holdings.
